Return Policy: Exchanges Only

At GloAmore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer exchanges within 7-days of receipt of product.

Eligibility Rules for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

Initiation of Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at gloamorellc@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
